I really like that the College Board is experimenting with open book/open notes. In the real world, if you don't know something, you're able to look it up. I'd much rather have my students be able to read and learn more, and take responsibility for their own learning, than having them just remember exactly what I wrote on the board.
I think this article was a good article to tell kids hoe to go about taking the AP exams. The article also provided resources for the kids, which I think makes it a lot better. It's a good way to let students do things on their own. I can us this article to help out friends who may be taking AP Exams and have no idea what to do.
This was filled with fantastic information that answers many of the questions AP students had about the testing format this year. The links to AP released resources made it very handy for NCV AP students to have all information in one location.
