  1. Angelina, thank you for the wonderful breathing exercises in your blog! I am a teacher, and I plan to share some of these exercises with my students who are anxious and may enjoy these techniques to manage their stress. I want to try them out myself too!

  2. Great article post! The techniques mentioned here are helpful for stress management. These different exercises are good techniques for relaxing oneself. I'm going to try some of these techniques to help me calm down when I'm stressed out.

  3. Angelina, I enjoyed reading about the different breathing techniques that one can use to help with stress and anxiety and to calm oneself. I was familiar with a couple of them but enjoyed learning more. I never realized there could be so many! I am going to practice with each of these and see which ones I find works the best for me. I think with all that has gone on in the world these last two years, we should all take the time to practice some deep, conscience breathing techniques. I am a teacher and will use some of these in my classroom!

  8. I think that this is very important because it is easy to get overwhelmed in various situations. Anxiety and mental health as a whole is a big concern right now and I feel as if these techniques could really be beneficial to people. This would be good to use in a face-to-face class or in virtual learning.
